México profundo es una serie fotográfica que rinde homenaje a la riqueza cultural que nos define como nación. Desde las máscaras ancestrales que han acompañado nuestras danzas y rituales, símbolos de resistencia, identidad y transformación, hasta los paisajes que nos recuerdan la íntima relación del pueblo mexicano con la tierra. Cada imagen revela cómo nuestras tradiciones no son reliquias del pasado, sino expresiones vivas de un país que se reinventa sin dejar de honrar sus raíces.
En esta serie conviven el rostro de la gente común, la intensidad de nuestras fiestas, la fuerza del folclor, el universo cromático de nuestra gastronomía y la memoria inscrita en cada arruga y en cada mirada. ‘México profundo’ no busca idealizar, sino mostrar la complejidad y la belleza de un país que se expresa en la diversidad de sus pueblos, en la creatividad de sus manos y en la grandeza de su espíritu colectivo.
Esta obra es, en esencia, un homenaje visual al México que resiste, que sueña y que late en cada rincón. Un recordatorio de que ser mexicano es un orgullo que se lleva en la piel, en la voz, en la memoria y, sobre todo, en el corazón.

Each image reveals how our traditions are not relics of the past, but living expressions of a country that reinvents itself while remaining faithful to its roots.
Within this series coexist the faces of everyday people, the intensity of our festivities, the strength of our folklore, the chromatic universe of our cuisine, and the memory inscribed in every wrinkle and every gaze.
